The semifinals of The Basketball Tournament kick off with Boeheim’s Army taking on La Familia in the Alumni Bracket. The winner of this semifinal series will advance to the championship against either The Mecca or Knueppel Crew in the second semifinal. In the quarterfinals, Boeheim’s Army was the only team without a loss. Cole Swider led Boeheim’s Army to a sweep of Hall In. Swider averaged 21.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in the quarterfinals to lead Boeheim’s Army. Now they are two wins away from playing in The Basketball Tournament championship for the first time since 2021.
