Azzi Fudd and Marina Mabrey headline the WNBA’s three-point contest on Friday.
Before the WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday night, some of the most talented players, past and present, come together for All-Star Friday Night. The main event is the Three-Point Contest featuring rookie Azzi Fudd, flamethrower Rhyne Howard, and the top three-point shooter this season, Marina Mabrey. The rest of the field features the Golden State Valkyries Janelle Salaun, Portland Fire’s Bridget Carleton and the Seattle Storm’s Natisha Hiedemann. All six competitors are in the top 11 in made three-pointers this season. All three are looking to win their first WNBA Three-Point Contest.

Fudd is just the fourth rookie to ever compete in the Three-Point Contest. The previous three, Kelsey Mitchell (2018), Howard (2022), and Sonia Citron (2025), finished sixth, third, and fifth, respectively.
Also on WNBA All-Star Friday Night are the Skills Challenge and the Shooting Stars Challenge. The Shooting Stars Challenge features four teams with a legend, a current WNBA player, and a Nike EYBL high school star.
Two-time MVP and former WNBA champion Elena Delle Donne teams with Shakira Austin, three-time MVP and champion Lauren Jackson teams with rookie Flau’jae Johnson, five-time WNBA Champion Rebekah Brunson teams with Courtney Williams, and 2005 Finals MVP Deanna Nolan teams with Jessica Shepard. The high school stars that will be assigned to a team are Jezelle “GG” Banks, Ryan Carter, Tatianna Griffin, and Morghan Reckley.
