The best seniors in the nation gather in a battle of East and West teams when the PGF National Championships kick off on Saturday from Irvine, CA.
It is a full night of high school All-Star games on Saturday night, ending with the PGF National Championships: East vs West. This All-American Game will gather the 44 best softball players from around the country. The day will be preceded by the girls’ and boys’ lacrosse New Balance All-America Senior Games, also airing on ESPNU. The girls’ matchup will start the festivities at 5:30 p.m. ET, and then the boys will play at 8 p.m. ET. Finally, to end the night, the PGF National Champions will be crowned between the East and West teams. This game will be played at Deanna Manning Stadium at Bill Barber Park in Irvine, CA. This day in softball will start with the PGF High School Futures All-American Game starting at 6 p.m. ET, which will be between the 44 best juniors and sophomores in the country. Team East won the 2025 PGF All American Game for the seniors in a tightly contested 3-1 victory. It was a 1-1 game going into the fifth inning, but Team East pulled away with two runs in the inning that Team West could never respond to. Catcher Kendall Wells was the most valuable player of that game, and she ultimately committed to Oklahoma. She earned 2026 SEC First-Year Honor Roll all while setting the OU and SEC single-season home run records with an astonishing 39 dingers. The game was a prime example of how this sport is in great hands, and this game should be no exception.
